Whitefire Series Concept

Whitefire is as much Viking Saga as it is fantasy. Set in a world very different from our own, this series follows the journey of a young woman whose entire life has been a carefully concealed lie. The truth is beyond strange, and plunges her into a difficult choice of remaining as she has always been, or seeking out greatness.

When the man she has called father dies, she chooses to complete his final obligation, and secure a way of life for her mother. But her destiny follows her, and she is hounded all along her journey. Through winter forests and frozen, flooded ruins, a perilous enemy remains on her heels.

A secret binds the two together, and when it comes to light, perhaps they will be enemies no more.
