-Science Fiction- Fantasy - Horror -
Theo Claremont
Welcome
I write science fiction, fantasy, and horror in a wide array of settings. My stories are action packed and character driven. My heroes are mostly bad mammer jammers with impressive combat skills, though I am sometimes unable to resist the occasional urge to have awkward and inept characters prove their own heroism on the page. I have worked some tough and hilariously uncomfortable jobs in my time, and frequently insert glimpses of my past into my works. I love horror tales, am a foodie, and a single mother to eight cats. While I do have some proficiency at archery and basic firearms and self defense, I in no way claim any level of prowess akin to characters found in my books. It is unlikely that I would ever survive one of my own stories. I suspect that my death will probably involve tripping over a cat.

I hope that you will find something on this site that you enjoy reading. I'm an old fashioned sort of gal with an appreciation for a character driven story. I like traditional heroes with traditional values. I understand that not everyone likes that sort of thing these days. But that's why Wattpad exists, so that everyone can find what they are looking for.
In a few places on my site, I clearly state that I do not post trigger warnings. Take me at my word. I write horror, sci fi, and fantasy. There will be bad guys who do terrible things (because they are bad guys) and good guys who do terrible things (for all the right reasons). There will be combat, and bloodshed. There will be assault and death. There will be course language and magic and godless corporations.

To anyone who is still reading, thanks for sticking around. I hope you find a series or two here that you can enjoy. I do work a full time job, so I will only be updating one series with a single chapter each week. Sorry, but real life and mortgage payments have to come first. I'm a single mother of eight cats. I gotta keep food on the table and clean litter in the pans. I'm sure you understand.
I do have an email listed on the CONTACT ME page. Feel free to shoot me an email if you like. I'm always happy to chat.
Also, please be aware that I'm sharing these stories as I write them. So they are in an active state of editing. Don't crucify me if you find a typo or grammatical error. I will eventually get around to fixing it.
Paradigm
Angeli Lodestro was born with a rare blood disorder that is rapidly shortening her life. With a poor prognosis and nothing to lose, she tests her experimental serum on herself. The side effects are unexpected, to say the least, and she finds herself with a new and incurable condition she doesn't know how to cope with.

The Paradigm Series is a super hero/ super villain setting with heroes you might come to dislike and villains you may well want to hug. The world is not black and white. People are not always what they appear.

Ulfsdotter
Eiric's father is dying. The livelihood that has provided for her and her mother is coming to an end, and she feels compelled to take up her father's work to continue breeding the line of mules used by the king's soldiers. The very same king is told by an aged devotee of The Whispering God that a Truth Seeker is being sent to his kingdom, the first of her kind in three generations. This is a power symbol for him, and it spurs him to speak to the political prisoner he has held captive for so long. Their lives are intertwined into a destiny that none of them could foresee.

The Veil of Night

It has been two years since the tragedy in the cavern under Mullen house. Two years since James Douglass was touched by a monster from ages past, his sister stolen away by the very creature that hunted him in the dark. Two years since Julia Grey stood in a dark premonition and found herself in the same creature's grasp as it told her that she was too fine a horror to ever be caged. Those words haunted her from that moment on. Keeping a promise to her dear friend, Julie went to Romania in search of answers, seeking out the man she dreamed of all of her life, desperate either to separate herself from the delusion that he was real, or to learn how and why they shared a bond across the miles and ages. What she found there ushered her into the world of the Nightveiled, from which there is no return.
String
When Jacob Douglass got a book for his eighteenth birthday that pointed him in the direction of a hometown legend, he had no idea that he'd actually find it buried under the city. The adventure was like nothing he had ever imagined. Jacob's search for the root of local folklore would bring him face to face with a sleeping evil so terrifying that it would leave a mark on the little town of Athens, Tennessee for many years to come.
